Do I need to wear a Wig Cap? Yes, wig caps are designed to help manage your hair & most importantly protect your wig and scalp during wear. One size 100% cotton, soft and stretches to fit any head. You can control long or short hair without a lot of pins and makes wearing a wig so much more enjoyable and comfortable.

This is a must have item if you are going to wear your wig successfully. All wigs should be worn with a wig cap to protect the inside of the wig itself and your scalp. If you wear wigs a lot you should have a couple of wigs caps and in several colors if you change wig colors frequently. Styrofoam head is not included.

How to Use: Just tuck your hair behind your ears and then slip the cap on from front hairline and pull down to the nape of your neck. You will want to stick your hand up inside the wig cap and kind of smooth your hair down to even things out. If you have real short hair you can lightly gel your hair and slick it back or up. If you have long hair you might want to French braid it or make very flat pin curls into place for easier application of the wig cap. Another method for long hair is to put hair in pony tail at the very back of your neck, nape area, pull pony tail over the top of your head, then put wig cap liner on, crisscross the ends of the pony tail and tuck back into front of the wig cap. I prefer doing flat large pin curls for less bulk with long hair.
