How do I select wig colors?
Wig Color: Select 1st & 2nd wig color choice at time of purchase. Before you add wigs to the cart, there are drop down menu boxes where you can select your first and second color choices.
Also please provide date you would like to receive your wig by ... it really helps us with scheduling, especially if you have an upcoming show or pageant. Just make a note in comments box of preferred arrival date and we will try to meet your request. Thanks
Re: Color If color selected is already styled we usually ship within seven days. If it is not or we have to order color requested, please allow up to 14 to 21 business days for us to style wig requested. We work as fast as we can and appreciate your patience and kind understanding. We will notify you by email with tracking number after we ship item.
Where do I find the wig color chart?
On all our wigs there should be a link in the descripiton, which will take you right to the color chart for that paritcular wig.
How long does it take to get a custom styled wig?
Wig Styling Time: If color selected is already styled we usually ship within seven to fourteen business days, sometimes longer if it is a very busy season or we are backed up with wig orders due to special events or pageants.
If it is not or you requested another color, please allow up to 14 to 21 days for us to style wig requested and then it will be shipped. If you need your wig delivered within the next 14 days it may be wise to select Express Mail Shipping option when making payment.

Do you take Rush Orders?
RUSH ORDERS: Most of the time we are able to accommodate a rush order. The rush order entails we stop everything we are doing ... so we can work on a rush order to get it out as fast as possible and meet your delivery deadline date, thus there is a minimum extra charge of $25 to $35. This usually applies to a wig needed within 5 to 10 days. There will be an option on your purchase page to select Rush Order when you select your wig. If for some reason we cannot do a rush order on your selection you will be advised immediately by email or phone.
In addition you should select Express Mail shipping option to get fastest delivery time for your wig.

What is shipping rate for custom styled wig?
Shipping / Handling Cost: Includes a brand new Styrofoam head, tape, pins, skewers to hold wig in place and of course, a ton of tape, labels and special size boxes. We pack wigs very secure. The actual cost depends on box weight, wig weight, and size of box. Most carriers charge based on size of box and weight, rather than just the weight of the wigs, as our boxes are quite large. Actual shipping cost will automatically calculate based on destination after you enter your zip code at checkout.
