Ready to wear wigs are returnable, if we ship the wrong color in error or you picked the wrong color and have not removed the wig from the original package or tried it on. You can request a color exchange, item must be returned within 3 days of receipt of item.
Contact us by email or phone within 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT at sales@thequeenoftheball.com for a RMA# before returning item. All our wigs are top quality. We guarantee you will just love them. If not please let us know so we can resolve quickly.
Custom-styled or Custom-ordered wigs are non-returnable, non-refundable after purchase, (DUE TO HEALTH & SAFETY CODES) Please choose your wig color based on color number and color description as digitized photos often make colors appear slightly lighter or darker on various computer monitors.
If you are unsure of your color, please contact before purchasing, request a color ring be sent to you or you can check color rings at your local wig salon and then contact us.
