Wig Styling Time	Delivery Time
If color selected is already styled we usually ship within seven to ten days, however, we usually style to order, so it could take one to three weeks before your wig is styled & ready to ship depending on our previous order work load, busy pageant seasons, or if we have to order the color & then style it for you.  We always have previous orders that need to be styled & try to work as fast as possible while still maintaining perfection on each styled wig. All of our wigs are original one of a kind styles & we are able to closely replicate our own designs. If you need a custom styled wig by a certain date for an upcoming event or pageant please follow up by email, provide exact date wig is needed by please.	Within USA - After we ship 3 to 6 Business Days - UPS Ground 3 to 9 Business Days - USPS Parcel Post 1 to 2 Business Days - USPS Express Mail International - (outside USA) - After we ship 10 to 24 Business Days - Priority International 6 to 9 Business Days - Express International Weekends do not count as business days, arrival time depends on destination and if international, customs clearance.  Place your wig orders well ahead of event date. We are not responsible for  weather or other carrier shipping delays.  Items ship from California arrival times can vary. When item ships we will email your tracking number.
Rush Orders for Styled Wigs	Shipping Rates
This is not a shipping charge, please read ... If you need your wig delivered within the next 10 days, most of the time we can accommodate a rush order, however, this entails we stop everything we are doing ... so we can work on a rush order to get it out as fast as possible & meet your delivery deadline date, there is a min rush charge of $25 to $35. This usually applies to a wig needed within 5 to 10 days.  Rush charge is in addition to express shipping cost.  It is always best to place your wig order well ahead of your special event date.    How to request a Rush Order:  Select your wig, then continue shopping, ADD applicable Rush Order; at Check-out you also need to Select Express Mail option, in order for us to meet your delivery deadline, and email us exact date wig is needed by. If we cannot do a rush order we will advise immediately. Cost depends on delivery time, destination, box size, weight, item. Updos or long wigs are heavier & shipping is sometimes a bit more.  Insurance is required & included in shipping cost. All wigs securely packed in special boxes to protect them in transit. We are not responsible for custom fees or duty taxes on foreign shipments. Shipping rates subject to change without notice.
Styled Wigs S/H Cost Includes	Combined Shipping Discounts
Brand new Styrofoam head, tape, pins, skewers to hold wig in place & of course, a ton of tape, labels & special size boxes. We pack wigs very secure. The actual cost depends on box weight, wig weight, & size of box.  Most carriers charge based on size of box & weight, rather than just the weight of the wigs, our boxes are quite large. Shipping cost will show at check-out after you enter zip code.	If you purchase more than one item or more than one styled wig, we will try to combine shipping cost. Some wigs can be shipped together in one larger box, depends on wig size, destination whether we can combine two styled wigs in one larger box. If you are unsure you can contact us first.  If you go ahead & purchase two wigs, and we can ship in one large box we will offer a discount on shipping & refund you difference.
Package or Item Damage by Shipper
We do all we can to insure the integrity of styled wigs while in transit, but mishaps happen sometimes (in our case, hardly ever ... we are extremely happy to say) but we have no control over a package once we ship. If an item or wig arrives damaged please contact us by email or phone with 24 hours so we can resolve issue quickly.  Please do not throw away any packaging.   If an item has to be return, you need to contact us for RMA# and it must be returned within 3 days of receipt, with tracking number emailed to us same day.  last updated: 10/19/2009
